All pieces are made to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made before it's dispatched. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.
Standard — $14.99, 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $150.
Express — $30.00, 1–2 business days.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns only where an item arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at ineffablewildlife@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Return postage is paid by the buyer. We don't offer size exchanges, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Sizing
Our hoodies are a relaxed, heavyweight cut. Each product page has a full size guide — please use it before ordering, as we're unable to exchange for a different size.
Care
To keep the embroidery looking its best, wash cold, inside out, and avoid tumble drying. Do not bleach. Full care instructions are included on every product page.
