Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Domestic shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping: $14.99 flat rate, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Express shipping: $30.00, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD.

 

International shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $50.00 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
